I can't open my playbook link.
Open the link, enter the email address we have on file and type the one-time code we email you. Codes expire after a few minutes, so request a new one if it's been a while. Still stuck? Email us from that address.
How do I film on my phone?
Tap 🎥 Record in your playbook and pick a mode: the RapidRank Record app (best quality), the teleprompter only, or the teleprompter with sound while another camera films.
How do I film on my computer?
Open your playbook in Chrome, Edge or Safari, tap 🎥 Record (camera) or 🎙 Sound (sound only, while a separate camera films). Kept takes stay in your browser until you open 🎞 Takes and tap Send to editor.
My upload stopped halfway.
Keep the app or browser tab open on Wi-Fi and tap Send to editor again; takes that already arrived are skipped. Big 4K files can take a while.
The Record app can't see my camera or microphone.
On iPhone, go to Settings → RapidRank Record and turn on Camera and Microphone, then reopen the app.
How do I delete my data?
Email hello@getrapidrank.com from your account email and ask us to delete it. See our Privacy Policy.
